video clip of a fishmonger stealing fish from a bear at stream?

a decade or more ago, there was a humorous clip depicting a guy stealing fish from a bear that was flipping fish out of a stream. When the bear noticed the thief, he confronted the guy with martial arts capability (might I assume it was a person dressed in a bear costume?). the audio mentioned that the fishmonger provided the freshest fish to his clients. Any pointers as to where I might find the clip?
