Do you have any suggestions on a male & female humorous duet acting script?

My friend and I are looking for a humorous duet acting and don't know where to start. The scene needs to be 8 to 12 minutes long. Or a movie/play that can easily be cut to fit the time limit.

3. I have a piece in mind but you'll probably need to cut it to make it fit in the 8 to 12 minute range. The piece is "Loraand Lequisha up in yo' business" (or Lequisha and Lora, something like that...) It's all about how you interpret the piece that makes it either humorous or dramatic... You don't mind playing female parts, do you? Or you can interpret the piece as a male named Lequisha?
