I mean villains like White Goodman from Dodgeball, or Mugatu From Zoolander. Can anyone else think of some humorous movie villains?

I was totally thinking of White Goodman when i saw this question but there's also the villains from Austin Powers -Like Dr. Evil ..There's that scream guy from the 1st scary movie, the Gremlins from Gremlins, Prince Charming from Shrek 2 & 3, there's a lot of them. But White Goodman is my number one favorite funny villain
7. Vincent Price was hysterical as Dr Phibes in The Abominable Dr. Phibes and Dr. Phibes Rises Again. Glenn Close is pretty funny as over-the-top Cruella Deville in 101 Dalmations.
